Q. do you accept returns?
A. unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons. if you find an issue with your order or any product you receive from us, please let us know ASAP so we can make it right!
Q. what is a "processing time"?
A. the processing time is the time it takes for us to fulfill and package your order. holiday seasons and sales can make the processing times longer, but we always do our best to get orders out as soon as possible! if you have questions about your processing time or need your order rushed, feel free to reach out via the contact page or send an email to .
Q. do you ship outside of the united states?
A. we do not ship outside of the united states at this time, but we do plan to offer this eventually.
Q. who is included in your free shipping over $100?
A. to qualify for the free shipping over $100, you must live in the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.
due to high shipping fees, we are unable to offer this discount to customers living in Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the United States.
Q. what if i provided the wrong shipping address?
A. as the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct information for your order. please contact us ASAP if this happens so we can change the address. once the order ships, we have no control over the package. if the package is returned to us, we will send you an additional invoice to cover the reshipping fee to get the package to you.
Q. how long will it take to get my package?
A. usually it only takes between 1-3 days (once shipped) via USPS to receive your order, however, the COVID-19 pandemic has extended some shipping times and we ask that you allow extra time for your order to reach you. tracking numbers are included with each order and can be tracked on the USPS website. if you have any questions about your package, please contact us via the contact page or send us an email to .
